Lovely modern hotel. Very expensive but then again everything is in San pedro. Superior rooms were still not that big but beds and bathrooms very comfortable.
We loved the outdoor and common spaces at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was a little small and the shower, also small was a little difficult to use.
The staff were really helpful. They allowed us to check in early at 11am (their normal check in was 3pm) and lent us towels for our excursions even after we checked out. We couldn't speak any Spanish and got a lot of help from the hotel staff.
Nice hotel design, with comfortable "Superior" room and facilities. Staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel had an excellent location, as it is only one block away from main attractions, restaurants and tour agencies.
The hotel was good, but like many other hotels in San Pedro, they are more expensive than similar hotels in other places in Chile.
Personnel were helpful. Short walk to main square, best restaurants and tour cpompanies
They also booked some excursions for me then canceled after I began my trip & did not respond to emails. Room was small and with insuffcient lighting.
the reception staff were always helpful and friendly but there were tomes where there was no attendance or it was slow. the grounds were nice to relax in.
breakfast could be better.
I´ve booked just for 1 night and stayed for a whole week. Great!
The location within San Pedro de Atacama is superb. The comfort of the bed is excellent. The maintenance team is ultra-effective and friendly.
Unfortunately, this hotel has been a huge disappointment: - when I checked in, I needed to ask for help to carry my bag to the room, as this was not offered spontaneously - my overall impression is that this used to be a nice boutique hotel, now a bit old-looking and improperly maintained, feeling overall cramped. - the size of the room (specified as "large" on my booking confirmation) was a joke insofar as it is was so tiny that there was just enough space between the foot of the bed and the wall for a travel bag (but then you had to jump over the bag) - my "deluxe" room felt "dormitory style" with one double bed and one single bed next to one another, barely leaving any space for anything else in the room - the bathroom was much too basic for a hotel pretending to be in that category. The only luxury was ultrasoft towels, the rest looking like a basic 2 star hotel. - cooling down the bedroom at night was a challenge. A ceiling ventilator does not replace proper A/C - I understand that you don't come to SP de Atacama to watch TV, but leaving the option to clients to watch the news in their roiom would have been appreciated! - finding staff in this hotel was sometimes difficult. Interestingly, the people who spoke English the best and who were the friendliest were the maintenance team and not reception! - the breakfast was basic yet pretentious with several useless choices of bread and cakes... But no fruit when I came!. Furthermore, no staff was around so asking for an expresso was not possible. - it took 15 minutes for a waitress to prepare the welcome drink at the bar (while I was the only client) and the result was awful Overalll, this hotel could have been nice, but is not professionally run nor thought through, which impacts the client experience negatively. High prices bring expectations, and those expections were clearly not met.
Location in San Pedro de Atacama was great. Breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and accomodating. There were several lounges and a good library with reference books on Andean art
Location and comfort
Hot water isn't a really hot
Great place to stay at the start of our holiday having travelled such a long way to get there, helpful friendly staff, in great surroundings got our holiday off the a great start.
The rooms were very comfortable and the service from the staff was both professional and welcoming. The hotel was beautifully laid out, there was a very chilled ambience about the hotel and the pool was a great place to relax and unwind after a day in the desert heat. The staff were also very helpful on several occasions, allowing us to check in early when we arrived, then arranging our airport transfers on check out.
An attractive hotel rustic in style but with decent amenities that fitted very well into the low key ambience of San Pedro de Atacama
The bar area was closed most of the time and had a very limited selection of drinks.
In the small village of San Pedro is this gem of a bed and breakfast. The hotel is very small, serves a good breakfast. I felt that they make the best pisco sours in town. ( small bar open at night for the guests). The beds are comfortable. The area arounds San Pedro is amazing and the views are breath taking amazing. The people in the town are friendly and welcoming.
Extremely overpriced, bad customer service, tiny pool area with only space for 5 guests
